Little Miss & Junior Miss Pageant

• Date: Sunday, June 22, 2008
• Theme: Operation Red, White & Blue
• Time: Registration beings at 1:15 p.m.
• Pageant starts at 2:00 p.m.
• Location: Tom Raper Building
• Age Divisions:
• Jr. Miss – Girls Ages 7-9 years
• Little Miss – Girls Ages 4-6 years
• Entry Fee: $5.00
• Attire: Red, white or blue – Patriotic Theme
• Please no fancy dresses – casual attire

Applications available at the Wayne County Extension Office or On-line at www.wayneco4hfair.com

Applications due by June 16, 2008 with $5.00 fee.

No contestant will go home empty handed.

Rules

1. Contestants will be judged on poise, personality and over-all presentation.

2. Light make-up will be allowed.

3. Indiana/Ohio residents are eligible to compete. This includes Wayne County and other surrounding counties. Your age bracket is determined by how old you are on the contest date – June 22.

4. All contestants will receive a bag of goodies.

5. We always like to give each contestant a chance to showcase their talent. This is completely up to the contestant and is not required. We understand not every contestant is comfortable with this. We will have a sound system for music. You must bring your own music and label it with contestant’s name.

For this year’s pageant we suggest patriotic songs or something that goes with that theme. Some examples may be dancing, singing, reading a poem or maybe a letter to the troops. Be creative and have fun with it!
